Enquiries and proposals
An enquiry is a request, not a booking. No service is confirmed until we have replied with a written proposal and you have accepted it in writing. Prices are not published on this website and are always communicated individually.
Third-party services
Transfers, boats, restaurants, photographers and similar services are provided by independent local partners. We coordinate them on your behalf and select them with care; their own terms and conditions apply to the service they deliver.
Availability
All arrangements are subject to availability, weather and operating conditions. Sea experiences in particular may be changed or cancelled by the operator for safety reasons.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions are stated in each individual proposal, including those imposed by the partner providing the service.
Your responsibilities
